After placing an order, you will be sent a confirmation email/receipt, which includes an order number. Please provide this number when inquiring about your order.
Once you place an order you will receive an email showing your credit card was charged by Blu Skin Care. Orders are transmitted on a daily basis. The usual processing time for orders, once received, until shipment is 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Most orders are shipped the next business day. If the next business day is a national holiday, then orders are shipped the day after the holiday.
Most orders are shipped by USPS or FedEx, unless otherwise specified. Shipping times for orders can take anywhere from 1 to 7 business days from the day of ordering, but typically take 3-5 business days. All shipments are sent out on business days. We are not responsible for third party delivery systems and we recommend purchasing a signature confirmation with your order.
We offer FedEx and USPS Global Priority Mail. Both companies are very fast, reliable and economical. Once you determine the shipping method, we will add this amount to your invoice. Please note that any taxes added on in customs is your responsibility.
