HOW TO PROPERLY WASH YOUR FACE
There's no one exact, perfect way to wash your face properly. Some womenare rinse-and-go kind of people who don't put a lot of effort and time into their skin, either because they're super busy or they're blessed with amazing skin that doesn't need a ton of care. Other women (you know who you are) are really into skincare and want to know the best way to care for their skin so it looks fresh and healthy. To start, make sure you choose a good facial cleanser like Blu Skin Care’s USDA Certified Organic "Oat-Flax Facial Cleanser”. It fights blemishes, leaving your skin feeling clean and fresh. Before washing, be sure to remove the makeup from your skin using a wet towelette. Step 1: Rinse your face in lukewarm distilled water. Hot water can strip your skin of its natural oils and cold water can cause your skin to tighten up. Warm water is always your best bet. Step 2: Mix one teaspoon of powdered cleanser and a small amount of distilled water into the palm of your hand until a paste forms. Massage on your face and neck using gentle circular motions for :30 seconds, making sure to get around the nose and the chin. If you tend to get blackheads or your skin is dry and flaking, this cleanser is great because it doubles as an exfoliant. Step 3: Rinse your face in warm distilled water. If you like, use a washcloth for extra exfoliating. Pat your skin dry.
